About us

Since 1975, ETI has provided top of the line instrumentation for Scour and all weather precipitation monitoring. Our products are utilized in a wide array of programs and settings in the state, federal and private sector. Most notably our NOAH IV has been trusted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for over twenty years in their National Atmospheric Deposition Program. With our products being used in Flood warning and bridge health, we take great care to ensure that the data provided is accurate and reliable because we know that should a system fail people lives could be at risk. Regardless of the monitoring system we produce, our goal stays the same, to provide accurate and precise instrumentation that works when you need it most.

ETI offers a variety of erosion and scour measurement techniques because each system poses the challenge of a unique environment with a specific set of measurement requirements. Regardless of the technique used, if scour is detected, ETI's system will provide automated notification on a 24/7 basis to alert responsible safety personnel.

Our NOAH gauges offer extremely accurate measurements of all different types of precipitation. Easily integrated with customer data systems, the NOAH II and NOAH IV rain gauges offer timely responses and total precipitation monitoring when it's needed most.
