Since 1975, ETI has provided top of the line instrumentation for Scour and all weather precipitation monitoring. Our products are utilized in a wide array of programs and settings in the state, federal and private sector. Most notably our NOAH IV has been trusted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for over twenty years in their National Atmospheric Deposition Program. With our products being used in Flood warning and bridge health, we take great care to ensure that the data provided is accurate and reliable because we know that should a system fail people lives could be at risk.
