Telephone Support:
The majority of ETI's
instrumentation systems allow remote monitoring and diagnosis of
problems that may occur. Operating software at bridge sites can be
modified via direct data communications links with our office in
Colorado. Data can be downloaded and analyzed to ensure proper system
function. Should the operating environment change, monitoring parameters
can be easily changed simply by calling the instrument and downloading
the required modifications.
ETI's support staff also
is available to assist with any technical questions that arise.
Onsite Support:
Should you need onsite
consulting for feasibility investigations, design modifications to
existing systems, or troubleshooting, ETI will dispatch personnel on a
trip-specific reimbursable basis.
